Overview

Acrison’s industrial-duty Model DCBDS-1000 Dust Collector/Bag Dump Station, offers a clean, safe, and efficient means of emptying the contents of bags into a storage hopper without dust escaping into the atmosphere.  The unit is completely self-contained with only one moving part (the blower), and its sturdy construction ensures extremely long life with minimal maintenance requirements.

Features/Benefits
	High Dust Collection Efficiency – collects 99.97% + of all dust entering filtering media and is capable of trapping particles down to sub-micron in size
	Self-Cleaning Cartridge Filter System – returns trapped dust back into the hopper upon which it is mounted, recirculates filtered air back into the environment, and eliminates the need for special venting
	All Steel Construction – provides long-term reliability with minimal maintenance requirements
