Overview

Acrison’s heavy duty Model V101 and V130 Series Volumetric Feeders are primarily designed to feed dry chopped fiberglass strands from 1/8” to 5/16” in length.

	Heavy Duty Single Auger Metering Mechanism – encompasses a novel mechanical design which includes uniquely applied vibration to effectively “fill” the metering auger for accurate feeding while ensuring reliable flow out of its integral supply hopper without product degradation
	All Steel Construction – provides long-term durability with minimal maintenance requirements
	Self-Emptying Design – for easy cleanout
	Range of Model Sizes – cover feed rates from 0.1 to 59 cubic feet per hour

	All contact parts are 304 stainless steel including the feeder’s drive shaft and seal components
	Variable speed AC or DC gearmotor drive with either a 30:1 or 50:1 speed range
