Overview

Acrison’s advanced Polymair Model 512 Polymer Preparation Module produces a homogeneous solution from dry or liquid polymers at moderate capacities. Dry polymers are accurately metered into a highly effective water/air cyclone wetting chamber where they are completely and thoroughly wetted. Optionally, a metering pump is used to meter liquid polymers into Acrison’s exclusive Dispersion Injector where they are efficiently blended with water prior to entering the mixing tank.

	An Acrison Model W-105 Dissimilar Speed, Double Concentric Auger Volumetric Feeder is used to meter dry polymer – ensures positive, accurate and reliable feed of dry polymer into the wetting chamber
	Easy Operation – provides automatic transfer from dry to liquid or liquid to dry operation without equipment modification
	Skid-mounted System – completely assembled and mounted on a ‘skid’ type base (mixing/aging tank shipped separately when furnished with system)
	All Steel Construction – provides long-term reliability with minimal maintenance requirements
	Mixing/Aging tanks – can be configured to allow maximum flexibility, especially for installation in areas having space limitations

Standard Construction
	All product contact parts are 304 stainless steel; the Cyclone Wetting Chamber, metering auger, and transfer pump are 316 stainless steel
	Acrison’s Model W-105 Series Dissimilar Speed, Double Concentric Auger Volumetric Feeder for metering dry polymers; powered by a 1/2 horsepower, totally enclosed variable speed AC or DC gearmotor. Feeder is completely dust-tight and sealed to shield the hygroscopic polymer from the atmosphere
