Liquid Polymer Preparation Modules (Model 580)

Liquid Polymer Preparation Module:
Model 580

Acrison’s Model 580 Liquid Polymer Preparation Modules are designed with an extremely efficient, two-stage activation system that produces a precise, uniform and thoroughly activated solution.

The exclusive Model 580 “two-stage” activation system (the combination of Acrison’s unique and patented Polymer Dispersion-Injector and Motorized Activation Chamber) ensures both gentle handling of liquid polymer (without exposing the fragile, elongated polymer chains to damaging energy) and an exceptionally high level of mixing efficiency.  Polymer short-circuiting and/or under-processed or over-processed polymer cannot occur.

Model 580

Features/Benefits
Unique Polymer Dispersion-Injector and highly efficient Static Activation Chamber – instantly activates and blends liquid polymer with water
Versatile – will handle emulsions, dispersions, mannich solutions, and pre-wetted dry polymers type)
Polymer Metering Pump – is easy priming, simple to operate, and capable of being paced by a 4-20mA signal
Automatic Flush Cycle Upon Shut-Down
Automatic Shut-Down on Loss of Water Pressure – prevents system from being operated under adverse conditions
